Had a big issue at lunch today. The manager Joni handled it super well and went above my expectations. Will recommend to all my friends and family in the area.
It's the only sonic closest to me. I go to college 20+ miles away but when I'm home I swing by once in a while. Every time it's smooth, quick service. It's a small town, not really much to choose from.
Service is very good here and the food comes in under 10 minutes. The order 95% of the time comes in correct the first time. The only time they got our order wrong, it was raining hard outside and they couldn't hear us very good, and then they actually went out if they're way to send somebody out to hear our order from our car window. Very thankful a place like this is in our vicinity.
Got both me and my wife's order incorrect. Took a solid 20 minutes to get our food even though it wasn't busy.
